These discount fees are estimates only, and contingent on pre-payment with cash, check or credit card, and include fees for surgery, and, where indicated, operating room costs at CHRISTUS ST. JOHN HOSPITAL, as well as general anesthesia administered by a licensed MD anesthesiologist. Final quotes will be given after consultation with Dr. Casso.
The initial consultation with Dr. Casso costs $50, and this charge is credited towards surgery fees, if surgery is performed.
